| Important: If you live in Philadelphia County you must use the Philadelphia Divorce. If you live anywhere else in Pennsylvania you must use the Pennsylvania Divorce.
PLEASE NOTE: The Allegheny County courts recommend a specific paper-format of Pennsylvania divorce documents, which are offered locally. Our products, though designed to meet state legal requirements, are sometimes denied by the clerks solely because Petitioners are not filing these "recommended forms". Other customers of ours have prepared their documents using our products, submitted them to the Allegheny Court clerk, and have never received a complaint or issue from the court. As such, while our staff has not located any significant differences in content or language, our product has been randomly denied. We have not been able to successfully remedy this issue and therefore want to alert our visitors and customers to the potential problem. You may wish to contact your local court clerk or Prothonotary's office to learn more about the local forms and filing procedures for Allegheny County.
